How we ensure that reviews come from real buyers
Customer reviews in our shop are collected and displayed via the Judge.me service.
Invitation after purchase: After every order, the buyer receives an email invitation to review the purchased product.
Proof of purchase: Judge.me matches the reviewer's email address with our orders. If the review is proven to come from a buyer, it carries the "Verified" badge.
Reviews without proof of purchase: Visitors can also leave a review without a verifiable purchase. Such reviews are displayed without the "Verified" badge. They go through Judge.me's spam filter and are reviewed by us afterwards.
No changes to reviews: Star ratings are not changed. Text corrections are limited to typos and formatting, and the reviewer is informed about this via email. We only delete reviews in cases of legal violations, spam, or third-party personal data.
No payment for reviews: We do not buy reviews. If a reviewer receives a voucher for future purchases, the review is marked as "incentivized".
Imported reviews: Reviews from previous systems or other Elektrohub shops are marked as such and receive the "Verified" badge only if the purchase is proven.
